Carroll Hebert, 2007 Chevrolet Impala sold by Phillip Beasley
Carroll Hebert recently relocated to Nashville and thus was not familiar with car dealerships in the area. As a well informed consumer, she did her research on the internet, looking at customer service ratings and better business bureau complaints. Carroll was very pleased with Tom Bannen Chevrolet’s rankings (0 Better Business Bureau complaints and the highest customer satisfaction index in the Nashville zone). Upon meeting Phillip Beasley on the lot, he introduced Carroll to Tom Bannen’s GM Certified program. The just announced revisions to the GM certified program adds an additional 12 months, 12K miles of bumper to bumper factory warranty while providing customer’s various assurances about the condition of the vehicle. Naturally, Carroll fell in love with the GM Certified 2007 Chevrolet Impala LTZ.
